• Great to see more academic-focused NIL deals

  • While most deals are product-focused, it’s nice that more scholastic-related NIL opportunities are taking place. By doing so, it showcases the importance of the classroom and can potentially encourage other students to seek tutors for various subjects.

    • There can also be tie-ins such as promo codes for tutoring services, taking tutoring sessions directly from the sponsored athletes, etc. that benefit both the athlete and the organization.

• Opportunities for student of all majors to leverage

  • Whether a student-athlete is majoring in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or any other subject, seeking out NIL deals in these areas can be beneficial.

    • Not only does the athlete potentially make money from a partnership, but tapping into areas where deals are currently not taking place can be a beneficial first-mover advantage.
